Shipping & Refund Policy


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. In the mean while, do not open the packaging or use the item(s) you intend to return to us, other wise you will not receive your refund. 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled 48 hours (after been placed) may be subject to a £3.99 administration fee, even if your order has not been shipped by then.  If you order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order and as long as you have not opened the original packaging or used the item(s). When returning any item(s), please keep all the proof of return handy, so your refund can be processed as soon as possible. Refunds can take as little as 48 hours to appear on your account. However, be aware that some refunds may take up to 30 days. The quicker you return your item(s) the sooner you are likely to receive you refund.


Mistakes you have made on your order, but only noticed it after your order have already been placed, please kindly let us know immediately via If your item(s) have not yet been shipped, then your order will be amended for you at no extra costs. However, if the mistake was spotted after the item(s) have already been shipped, then you will be responsible for the costs associated with the return of the item(s). Therefore, please examine your order carefully before and immediately after placing it. In addition, if you intend to return the item to us, please do not open the packaging or use the item(s).
